How long does my listing stay visible?
That depends. If you choose the 'Free' option, only 6 months. You get a full 12 months if you choose any of our other Packages.
Can I edit or delete my listing after it's published?
Oh yeah. You can edit at anytime and as soon as your property sells....you can delete it. Both of these can be done in your dashboard.

What are the benefits of upgrading to a premium service?
You will get more interest in your property and you're more likely to get serious viewers. Additionally, your chances of a sale at the price you want are enhanced.
How do HDR photos differ from regular images?
High Dynamic Range refers to a series of images that are tweaked and combined that will remove both glare and shadows normally associated with standard photography. It's a time consuming process but....you're worth it.
Can I preview my listing before it goes live?
Certainly. Once you've added the property details, go to the 'properties' tab in your dashboard. On the right of the property, select the 'actions' (3 little dots) and go to 'edit'. In the top right you will find a 'View' button.
Will my listing appear in search engines or social media?
It certainly will. It just takes a little time for the search engines to crawl and order things.

What’s the process for getting a floor plan created?
Purchase the Floor Plan package and one of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time to come and measure your home. We need a little time to process that but, it's normally available within 24 hours.
Who takes the photos and videos — do I need to hire someone?
For the 'Free' option, it's all you. For any of our other packages, our team will contact you to arrange a time for one of the 'Pro-team' to visit your property.
Can I purchase individual services or only bundles?
You get a much better deal with one of our bundled packages but, if you have a specific requirement, let us know.
How long does it take to get my property listed?
Generally, it takes 24 hours from completion of any professional services and the uploading of media.

If not already subscribed, then you will need to do so. Complete the details required and choose 'Owner' from the 'Select your account type' box. Agree to the terms and then press the 'Register' button.

If you are already registered with us, log-in and go to your dashboard. In the dashboard select 'Sell' in the left menu. Next, in the main window select the blue 'Get Package' button. Your next step is to choose your package.

Oooh, it's like the sweet shop. Which one to choose? After making your choice, you'll be taken to our payment partner, Stripe, to complete your purchase. At the thank you message (we're nothing, if not polite) return to your dashboard.

You're almost there. Back in your dashboard, select the 'Properties' section on the left menu bar. In the main window, select the blue 'create a listing' text. This will take you to your listing form.

Wowzer, you've done it! This is where the magic happens. Ensure you complete all sections marked with a * – they're required. You can save your progress at anytime by using the 'Draft' button in the top right. Once you're happy with your listing, press the blue 'Submit' button in the bottom right. Don't worry about mistakes, you can always edit. Just a reminder, max image upload size is 2.5Mb per image. Phew. You're done.
